1- Q, Where are we located?
     A. We are based in Australia although we ship from overseas facilities as well as from within Australia. 

2- Q, How long will it take to receive my item?
     A, We aim to have your purchase shipped out within 1 week, and at your door  within 14 - 30 working days.

3- Q, What if I am unhappy with my order?
     A, If you are ever unhappy with any product or service, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the issue ASAP.  

4- Q, What if I would like to cancel my order?
     A. Please contact us right away with all your order information. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to cancel your order. 

 5- Q, Where do we ship to?
     A, Currently we only ship Australia wide from our Australian and overseas suppliers.
